Alyssa Jayne Milano was born in
Brooklyn, NY on December 19th 1972 to the parents Tom and Lin.
After seeing the Broadway play
"Annie" she turned to her parents and told them that she could
do that. Her professional acting debut came when she was 8 in the same
Broadway hit. After playing in numerous plays and musicals she made her
television debut in 1984 at the age of 11 as "Samantha Micelli"
in the sitcom "Who's The Boss". During the eight year showing
of "Who's The Boss" she won three Youth in Film awards for
Best Supporting Actress.
Her film debut was at the age of 10 in
"Old Enough". Two years later she played Arnold
Schwarzenegger's daughter in the hit movie "Commando". Later
in life as a teen, Alyssa recorded five albums in Japan, all of which
went platinum. Over the years Alyssa has appeared in many movies, like
"Fear", "Poison Ivy 2-Lily", "Embrace of the
Vampire" and "Below Utopia".
After years of silence in the sitcom
seen Alyssa played Jennifer Mancini in "Melrose Place" She
only appeared in the series for two years before leaving in September
1998. Alyssa is back in a new series called "Charmed" where
she is co-starring with Shannen Doherty.
